We are currently looking for a versatile bartender (maid) who can perform both room service and cocktail preparation in our restaurant, the Bistro du Pinacle.

The main missions will be the service at the counter, in the room and on the terrace of drinks (alcoholic or not). But also, the maintenance of the glassware, the equipment of the bar and the premises according to the rules of hygiene and the regulation on the establishments receiving the public.

AS PART OF YOUR DUTIES, YOU WILL BE CALLED ON TO :

It is also necessary to carry out the daily missions which are of:

  • Set up the room, the bar and the counter
  • To welcome and advise the customers
  • Take orders
  • To be able to make simple preparations (cocktails…)
  • Ensure the comfort of the customer
  • Manage the stock every week
  • Maintain and clean the equipment and premises
SKILLS AND TRAINING REQUIRED

We ask for some prerequisites to apply for this position, which are:

  • Experience as a bartender required (a basic knowledge is required)
  • Experience in room service would be preferable
  • Be versatile in the service environment
